We mean, yes, the support team is great here, the assortment of communication tools and other paid features is wide, and there are lots of ladies from different countries here. But to be on top of the list of the best mail order bride sites, a platform must be perfect—and the search tool on BravoDate is far from being perfect. There are only two search filters here (age and country), and that’s not what we wanted to see.

As for the messaging tools, BravoDate definitely deserves 5 out of 5 stars. Well, ok, there’s no video chat here, so let’s say it’s 4.5/5, but it’s still a good result. We personally loved the live chat tool, but the email feature is great, too, especially if you are somewhat old-fashioned and feel like a long email will express your feelings better than a conversation in the instant messenger. Anyway, all the messaging tools available on BravoDate are very convenient and pretty affordable (especially the live chat). You can also click the “Say Hello” button if you can’t come up with an interesting idea for your first chat message to a woman: in this case, you’ll send one of those icebreakers written by the site’s team.

Customer support

The BravoDate customer support team is exactly as good as one expects from such a high-quality dating platform. We sent them a few messages with made-up problems like “Hey, I can’t buy credits, help me, please. Best regards.” They helped us right away, we got a response in 5-10 minutes, and all our “problems” were “fixed.”

Yes, of course, it’s not the most important factor when it comes to a dating site, but when you need their help, you’ll want everything to be done quickly and in a professional manner. Maybe you won’t even have any problems with the site but meet a scammer or a bot here (again, we found no BravoDate scam reviews and met no fake profiles, but who knows).
