But we’d say that PhiliTalks is different from similar sites, as it’s more than just an online dating spot; it’s more like a social media platform that members use to connect with potential romantic partners and friends.

Though PhiliTalks offers many features, they are not overwhelming, and even a person without online dating experience can navigate the site intuitively.

Letters

PhiliTalks user base review — Examples of profiles of Filipino women and men

Another important part of our PhiliTalks review was exploring the site’s member base. Most profiles on the site are detailed and verified, but there were a few users who were quite questionable. As Philitalks.com doesn’t show profiles to non-members, our examples of members of different backgrounds are a good way to get a sneak peek into what type of user you can meet on it.

The first profile we chose as an example is a green-flag dating profile. Aileen went through the ID verification process, making her page informative and engaging.

All of the profile fields are filled; however, the profile itself doesn’t have a lot of room to share thoughts and interests; it’s just a short description. Yet, it provides more than basic info.

We liked the selection of photos that Aileen added to her dating profile, but the cool thing is that she regularly posts them on her Newsfeed. All the photos seem very genuine.

Another profile that we chose for our review is a male one. Though it has fewer photos and information, it’s still legit. Xander also has a verified profile, as do 90% of users on PhiliTalks.

We also liked that he shares his life on Newsfeed.

To show you is potentially a red flag profile. Though this user has a verified page, we still have some doubts about whether she is legit.

The main thing that raises our suspicion is that Joanna has very similar photos in her dating profile. There is a chance that this woman wanted to make a special photoshoot for her dating page, but it still seems questionable.

However, she still provides a variety of photos in the Newsfeed posts, so she might be legitimate.

Regardless, it’s important to emphasize that any old or new dating website is not immune to fake profiles, which is why it’s so important to read mail order bride site reviews before joining.
