When it comes to registration and paid/free features, everything is simple—in this regard, RoseBrides is very similar to any other top dating website. 

The matching algorithm here, however, is slightly better than the one most sites have. Thus, you can get both reverse and mutual matches based on the information in your profile. That’s why having a detailed profile is very important, by the way.

What are the main features offered by RoseBrides? We’re going to talk about them right here. 

Messaging

So first of all, there’s no live chat here. You can send messages but instant messaging is not available which, of course, limits the dating experience. There’s nothing wrong with sending long messages/emails, but live chat is a great tool for its purposes, and we don’t understand why there’s no such feature here. 

There’s also some good news. Thus, you can send “Say Hello” messages for free—but only if you have at least 1 profile picture (and obviously, these messages can’t be edited, the text is always the same). 

Another cool thing is that if you have a premium subscription, you are allowed to exchange personal information in messages—this makes RoseBrides stand out from competitors, which often forbid users to include personal contact info for free.

Profile rating

Yes, the profiles have ratings here! On the one hand, this feels a little black mirror-ish, to be honest—you know, the world where people rate each other and all that. On the other hand, the profile rating tool makes it very simple to spot a scammer or a gold digger—if you open a profile and see 1 star, this probably means something.

Hotlist

It’s just your favorites list. You can add women to this list to not lose their profiles and contact them later (it’s free to use Hotlist). 

Hiding profile

If you don’t want other users to find your profile, you can just hide it from search results. This feature is available to premium users only. 

Pricing & value for money

So, how much does RoseBrides cost?

The short answer is: from $25 to $49 per month, depending on the premium plan.

The full answer is: this website has a premium membership and allows the users to pay for one month/three months/six months at once. Here’s how much these plans cost:

• 1 month—$49
• 3 months—$90
• 6 months—$150

As always, the more you pay at once, the cheaper the cost will be for you—it’s $49 if you pay for a one-month plan and it’s only $25 if you purchase a six-month plan. 

Unfortunately, there’s no welcome bonus or trial period, as you already know. That’s quite disappointing because paying $25 for a cat in the bag doesn’t sound like a very user-friendly thing to do. 

We mean, today, the best dating sites not only provide free credits to new users but also offer special discounts to them, so you can only pay $2 or $3 on other dating sites to start enjoying their premium features. Against this background, the terms offered by RoseBrides don’t look too good, to be fair.

Profiles quality—RoseBrides user base review

We want to be honest: when it comes to the quality of profiles, RoseBrides is not the #1 dating website available. There’s no ID verification here, so you can’t be 100% sure those girls are real. There are many empty profiles or the ones with only 1-2 photos and no additional information. 

But on the other hand, the accounts here look very real, and it’s their imperfection that makes them so realistic.

Some profiles here are great. Like this girl from Ukraine—three high-quality pictures, information about her plans and personality, and a short description of her perfect match. Not the most detailed profile we’ve seen, but it’s definitely ok.

Most accounts are not as detailed. This profile, for example, has only one photo—it’s not a big deal, and it would be totally ok 10 years ago, but today, that’s just not how the profiles should look on a top dating website.

Or, take a look at this profile, for example. Not only the activity of the girl is on a very low level but there’s also literally no additional information about her personality or relationship goals. 

You see, we didn’t find any scammers or obviously fake accounts here. It’s just that the profiles are not too detailed, unfortunately. 

How to use RoseBrides

How do you sign up? How do you chat with the ladies? How do you find the perfect match? Read this guide and find out!

Registration process

To sign up, you only need to enter your email, name, and date of birth. It’s not required to verify your email address or upload a photo right away—you can skip these steps. We, however, highly recommend to return to them later.

Of course, the registration is free and very fast. In fact, you only need one minute or less to become a new RoseBrides user. 

Profile creation

Click Profile & Photos first. There, you’ll see an empty profile with no additional information and no pictures. Using such a profile is not the best strategy when it comes to online dating; in fact, it’s the worst one. 

To attract other users, you need to have a detailed profile, and this is especially true for RoseBrides because most profiles are quite empty here. So if you fill in all those fields and upload at least 5 pictures, you’ll easily stand out from the crowd. 

You’ll need to enter some information about yourself, your height/weight/hair/eyes, education/occupation/religion, and your personality. The latter might take some time because you’ll have to write a short profile bio about yourself and about your perfect match, but it’s 100% worth the time. 

Searching for potential matches

This site has thousands of women from almost any region of the world. Most of them are Slavic—Ukrainian, Polish, and Czech ladies. A large dating pool is always a great thing because you have a lot of options to choose from, but it can also be very inconvenient to browse and find a match on a site with a large dating pool.

Well, RoseBrides doesn’t have such a problem. There are 17 search filters here, which makes it very easy to find a match on this site. These filters are free and available even to standard users, by the way! And there’s also a great matchmaking tool on RoseBrides—it’s automatic, you just need to set up your profile to get the best matches (it’s also free).

P.S. Don’t scroll down the list of countries if you’re searching for a Ukrainian or a Russian girl. These countries, as well as other top bride countries, are at the top of the list (took us a few minutes to understand).

Communication with matches 

Unlike other top mail-order bride sites, RoseBrides doesn’t offer a wide choice of communication tools. In fact, there’s only one tool here: emails/letters. There’s no live chat, unfortunately, but you can contact other users with that “Say Hello” feature—like all the other messaging tools, it’s only available to premium users. The good news is that RoseBrides offers unlimited messaging for those with a premium subscription, so you can send as many emails as you can here—the price will remain the same. 

Customer support

It’s ok. It’s not perfect, and it’s not the fastest customer support team we’ve seen, but it’s ok. The support specialists respond quite fast—they say it could take up to 72 hours, but it took only 1-2 hours for us. The only problem here is that there’s no live chat again—you can only send them an email or submit a ticket.
