So, to sign up, you will need a real email and at least 2 minutes of your time. After the registration, you’ll be asked to set your profile up—you can skip it, but with a detailed profile, you will get more messages. And you’ll get better matches, too: there’s a free matching tool here and the more information you provide, the better results you will get. This is free, as we’ve said, but messaging isn’t: to start sending messages, you will have to purchase a monthly premium subscription. 

Thai Kisses features review 

ThaiKisses got 10 out of 20 for its features, and that’s not the best score from our team; let’s be honest. The problem here is that the number of features is not that high—when it comes to messaging, for example, it’s only about writing emails, and obviously, there’s no video chat or voice calls or whatever. 

So here, we won’t focus on messaging tools. Instead, we’re going to talk about some interesting features that make ThaiKisses stand out from its competitors.

Contacts

When you open a profile and click Contact, you and that person become, well, “contacts”. When you’re “contacts” with somebody, you can chat with them for free even if you don’t have a premium subscription. We don’t recommend making every profile your “contact”, actually, the best strategy here is to “contact” only those women you’ve been chatting with for at least some time and only those women you’re going to build a relationship with. This feature is free to us,e but it’s not available to free members—you need to be a premium user to contact other people here. Well, that makes sense. 

“Show Interest”

It’s simple: you open a profile and click “Show Interest”. Voila, interest is shown—now, a woman knows you’re interested in her. The feature is free, and you may even receive an email from a woman you showed interest to, but you still won’t be able to reply without a premium subscription.

Success Stories

It’s not a messaging feature, but according to the Cambridge dictionary, a “feature” is “an important part of something”—and this is in every sense a very important part of Thai Kisses.

The point is, if you click “Galleries”, and then, “Success Stories”, you’ll see real stories from real users, with photos and sometimes even videos, with the links to their profiles—it’s as real as it could be and it immediately makes ThaiKisses one of the most legit and trusted Asian dating sites out there. You can literally click on the author of a story and ask them about how it’s going; what could be more trustworthy than that?

Some websites have hidden fees and other unpleasant things, but ThaiKisses is pretty transparent in this regard, and we didn’t notice anything suspicious when we were testing it.

So, here’s how it works: you purchase a premium subscription and then, you chat with women. You can buy a “Member subscription” which is a 1-month package with an automatic renewal. Or, you can buy 3/12 months packages (they don’t have an automatic renewal). Here’s how much it costs:

Profiles quality — Thai Kisses user base review

Now, let’s talk about the quality of profiles—and don’t expect it to be as positive as the previous point. 

First of all, the good side: there’s an ID/photo verification here, and some profiles are verified. The profiles also look pretty real. We used various image search tools and didn’t find anything, so there are lots of real users here. 

But even the best profiles look like this:

It’s a verified profile, and it’s a great thing. And there are 3 photos (not so good). But the amount of personal information they provide is definitely not that large, and it generally looks like the girls on this site don’t want to waste time talking about themselves. All the profiles are quite empty, unfortunately. 

And there are lots of profiles that look like this:

No photos, very little information, last seen online 2 months ago. We don’t want to say it’s a fake account or it’s a bot, no—most likely, it’s a real profile. It’s just empty. 

That’s why we gave ThaiKisses only 17/35 for the profile quality. It’s not the worst we’ve seen, of course, and we are sure that most of those accounts are real. But they’re just not good enough.

Let’s continue our Thai Kisses review! Now, it’s time to talk about how to use this site. 

Registration process

The registration here wouldn’t take more than 2 or 3 minutes. Or 4, it depends on the time you spend passing the test. 

You’ll need to enter your contact information and date of birth, and then you’ll need to verify your email. When it’s done, you will be able to use the site. There will be a questionnaire (already mentioned), and you can either skip it (not recommended) or answer those questions right during the registration process (recommended).

Profile creation

There are many empty profiles here, as we mentioned earlier, but this doesn’t mean your profile should be empty, too. Upload your best photo (recent, not a group photo, smiling), write a profile description, and answer all those questions about your dating goals—the better your profile is, the higher the opportunity to find and attract a girl on this site.  

Searching for potential matches

Searching for matches is free here. You can just click Search and choose among basic search filters or advanced ones (all of them are free). Or, you can click the blue “Matches” button—if your profile is detailed enough, you will get the best matches there, only the girls who meet your requirements (and the ones whose requirements you meet). You can also see the profiles you visited there and those who visited your page.

Communication with matches 

Click on a profile, then click “Write email” to start chatting. Or, you can click “Show Interest”—it’s free, and the girl will see that you liked her profile. The profiles you show interest in will be available in the “Matches” section, too (it’s like a list of “favorites”). If you think that you’re going to continue communication with a girl, click “Contact”—she’ll be added to your contacts and you will be able to chat with her for free when your premium membership expires.

Customer Support

It’s 10 out of 10 for us. The customer support here is just great; the support specialists are always there to help, there’s a live chat where you can get a response immediately, and we had no problems with the support team here. They know their job, they are fast, and they are professional.

Conclusion

Thai Kisses got 73 out of 100 points, and it’s a good result. However, it’s not like everything about this site is 73/100. Thai Kisses has the highest scores for its pricing policy and affordability, not the highest scores for its interface and design, and quite low scores for the profile’s quality and communication features. And that’s exactly how we feel about it—it’s a slightly outdated dating site with a lot of empty profiles and a small selection of premium features. But on the other hand, it’s extremely, terribly affordable—in fact, $17 would be enough to chat with an unlimited number of girls, and you’ll also be able to add 300 of them to your contacts. And chatting with your contacts will always be free, even if you’re not a premium user anymore!

So, is Thai Kisses legit, and is it worth the money? 

Our answer is yes. It’s definitely one of the top dating apps right now. It has real success stories, real history, real reputation, and at least a few thousand of real women. Even if it’s not so modern and good-looking, it’s certainly worth a try.
