With the JollyRomance review, as with other dating sites, we started to test all the services and features right after we created our male JollyRomance account. Read on and explore our experience!

Classic search

The first feature we tested was regular search with filters. The feature itself is a cute basket of gorgeous women, but the service itself is very basic. It would be better if there were more filters, like marriage status, appearance, and others.

Interactive matching People

If regular search doesn’t work for you, there is the People feature on the same platform. It’s an interactive matching tool where members are offered profiles to like or skip. We spent over 30 min on it and have no regrets!

Newsfeed on-site social media

If you want to see the top profiles and other socialites of the site, go to Newsfeed. It’s a unique feature that works like social media. We noticed that members are very active there, and it’s free.

Live chat

Traditional chat is the feature we have used the most, though it seems standard at first glance. You cannot just send messages there but:

We liked this unique feature on JollyRomance, as it’s a cute way to make a compliment or just show your appreciation. It can also be a good way to start a conversation. All the prices and virtual gift options are available in a separate tab, but most of them are quite expensive.

That’s a feature we explored but not tested. This is a real delivery service. Some members have a wishlist, and their friends can make their dreams come true. We didn’t test this service, as it was way over our budget. But we liked that there is such an option, as gift-giving is an important part of any relationship.

The JollyRomance dating site is a freemium platform, which means that some of the services, like registration and basic features, are provided for free, while others are accessible only to premium members. To become a premium member, a user needs to get credits, as the site runs on the credit system. Members can use those credits on the following:

• You’ll talk for an average of 30 min a day with your girl or guy. That’s 60 credits, aka $7.8
• Also, you’ll want to send 1-2 photos—10-20 credits, aka $1,3-$2.6

The total for a day is around $10.4-$28.6. But keep in mind that your final sum might be different as a lot depends on the services and how long you use them. And that’s a good thing, as you are in control of your spending with no recurring fees.

JollyRomance user base review — Are there all the same girls?

We liked the quality of the profiles on JollyRomance Ukraine. When we searched for women to test all the services and features, we rarely saw someone who didn’t seem legit. However, other customers of the site shared their concerns about fake profiles, so we wanted to test the quality ourselves to see if JollyRomance is one of the top dating sites or not.

Though most profiles looked legit, we found one that seemed like a total scam. Let’s explore it and see an example of a high-quality dating page.

Mariia’s dating profile is verified; however, it gets zero stars from us. The main thing that makes us think that this profile is fake—is the photos that look AI-generated.

Also, the profile itself isn’t detailed, but we can’t blame the user for it because the JollyRomance account is not meant to be very detailed as there are not many fields in it.  Another red flag is that there are no posts on Newsfeed and no private photos.

Anhelina’s profile is an example of a high-quality dating page. We can see real photos that aren’t made by professional photographers, profile verification, and a sweet headline.

We also appreciate the selection of different photos that give a snippet of the member’s life. There are a bunch of private photos, too.

All the basic information is also there, but we wish the side offered more room to make a dating profile more detailed.

The last thing that ensured us that this woman was real was her active posting on Newsfeed.

Though most of the profiles on JollyRomance are like Anhelina’s, no platform is immune to fake profiles. That’s why it’s important to read dating site reviews before committing and know profile red flags.
